dealing with choices

it could be a such a pain knowing what opportunities we missed just by a few minutes or seconds. however, we shouldn't complain about it. we hear the same thing every now and then but it's really what life is..

everything happens for a reason

if we missed the opportunity, we shouldn't blame ourselves for the choice that we chose at the moment. like how captain levi once said to eren, nobody knows how your choice will turn out. life is a mystery. meaning, there's no wrong or right choice. there's only wise and immature choice. so be smart.

be smart to think and consider every little detail before you make a choice. wrong calculations might end up to missing an opportunity. try avoid it (if you can) and if all else fails, don't beat yourself up. learn from the past and do your best again next time.

also, try to look for the light when you're feeling down. remember, even if it hurts knowing what golden memories you could make by choosing the other choice, there's always something that you could be grateful for. search it. even if it's just little, at least it's there.

one thing for sure, one can never get back to the past. the sooner we accept that, the better our present will be and our future will most likely, be bright.
